Developer Agreement
This Developer Agreement outlines the terms and responsibilities for developers building on or integrating with the KodevAI platform.
1. 🔧 Use of Platform
By building on KodevAI, you agree to:
Respect all intellectual property rights of KodevAI and third parties.
Use the platform only for lawful and ethical purposes.
Not attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or interfere with the system.
2. 🔗 API & SDK Usage
If you access our APIs or SDKs:
You must not abuse or spam the API endpoints.
Rate limits and usage quotas must be respected.
You must display clear attribution where required.
3. 🔐 Security & Compliance
All apps built using KodevAI must not contain malware or malicious code.
User data must be handled with appropriate care and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
4. 🤝 Token Access Enforcement
Access to KodevAI features is gated via the $KODEV token.
Developers may not attempt to bypass or spoof token verification mechanisms.
5. 💼 Commercial Use
You are allowed to build commercial applications with proper attribution.
If integrating with third-party marketplaces or launching public dApps, adherence to the KodevAI branding and licensing terms is required.
6. ⚠️ Termination
Violation of this agreement may result in:
Suspension or permanent revocation of developer access.
On-chain blacklisting (where applicable).
Legal action in the event of damages or breaches.
7. 📝 Updates
KodevAI reserves the right to update this agreement. Developers will be notified of significant changes and must accept the new terms to continue using the platform.
By using KodevAI, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this Developer Agreement in full.
